Our worship is rooted in the Catholic heritage of the Church of England, seeking to inspire people to experience the goodness and love of God in their lives through the celebration of the Sacraments.
The Parish Mass, every Sunday at 11.00am, is our main communion service. The service takes place in the main nave of the church. We use Common Worship order one (modern language) and use 'A New People's Mass' as our setting by Gregory Murray. The service takes around 1hour and is followed by refreshments.
Children are positively encouraged to join in with the service but there are activity bags for children to use in their seats and a Sunday School most weeks for those who prefer. Our second Sunday of the month is our Family Mass, where all ages come to worship together and the service is adapted to be more engaging for children while remaining worshipful and theologically engaging for adults.
Mass is also offered on Wednesday evenings at 7pm. This is a said service in the Lady Chapel which lasts for around 20 mins.
